If you are a patient requesting your own medical records for your own use, there is no fee for that information.
If you choose digital delivery of your records (which is the default), that is always free. If you would like a physical copy of your records, there is a shipping charge if the records are over 60 pages, and shipping rates vary. To request a physical copy of your records, please use the chat feature at the bottom right of this page. Live agents are available from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT.
