If you requested records electronically via our digital request manager, they will be available for download in as few as 8 business hours; however, some records may be subject to physician approval and/or physician signature and therefore can take up to 5 business days. If it has been more than 5 days since you made your request, please use the chat feature on the bottom right of this page so we can check on the status for you (note: live chat is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m CT.).
If you requested radiology images, those are burned on a CD and sent through physical mail. You can expect to receive those in roughly 7 business days.
